Denver – What To Do Indoors

denver-what-to-do

Even though the weather is turning warmer, you might still be looking for what to do indoors in Denver, especially if you don’t want to worry about sudden rain showers or lots of wind. After eating at one of Denver’s amazing restaurants like Vesta Dipping Grill, Rioja, or Sam’s No. 3, you may be looking for something unique and different to do. Look no further than EscapeWorks Denver!

Do you love to unlock clues, solve mysteries, and play role-play games? Join us for an hour of unforgettable fun as you work against time to escape one of our incredible rooms. Maybe you’ve been to escape rooms before, but never ones like these. Our company’s founders — Eric and John — have put a lot of work into designing and building each room to make your experience the best you could imagine.

In case you’ve never visited an escape room before, here’s how it works. We lock two to eight people in a theme-based room. You have 60 minutes to decipher puzzles, clues and codes which may lead you to other clues, a way out, or other exciting possibilities! If you and your participants escape within 60 minutes, you all get an EscapeWorks Denver T-shirt to take home. Also, we’ll take a picture of your group with your winning time and post it on our web page for you to share with your friends.

To keep things challenging, only 60-80% of participants escape the rooms, so this is a true challenge. You can book up to 8 slots for your room to have a more private experience, or only book what you need and meet new people to solve the challenge with. Tickets are only $25 per person.

There are three theme-based rooms to choose from.

  • Egyptian Tomb: You and your team of expert archaeologists are trapped in an Egyptian tomb in which the previous archaeologist disappeared in the 1940’s. You’ll need to find out his fate and escape in just 60 minutes.
  • The Big Game: As Denver’s professional football team quarterback, you’ve been locked in the coach’s office by the opposing football team to make sure you can’t play. You have 60 minutes to get out before the kick-off.
  • Casino Heist: Your team has been planning a heist for months, but the mastermind of the plan has sold you and your team out to the police and is planning the heist alone. You and your team have 60 minutes to get from the casino to the vault and escape before you are caught.

Be prepared to bend, crawl, stand, reach, and duck as you and your friends work to escape your theme room. These escape rooms are fun for the whole family. Children are welcome but there are some requirements for children under 15. Wear comfortable shoes and arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled booking.

Ideas for what to do in Denver have never been more exciting! Whether you need plans for a date night, are planning a party, or are looking for a fun family night out, EscapeWorks Denver is the place to be. Contact us to book your room today.
